Working Principles of Composite Double-acting Jig MachineEnergy-saving Compound Double Action Jig Machine ’s moving method is front and back parallel up and down open and close movement. The movable rubber membrane sealing connect the up movement jigging chamber and the down movement cone water supplying sump, by front and back parallel up and down open and close movement, it create vertical alternating force to the inner water stream of jigger. When the up moving parts and the down moving parts merged together, the aqueous medium will form upstream compared to the minerals on the upper sieve, and the mineral layer becomes loose. When the upper moving parts and the down moving parts are open, the aquatic medium will move down compared to the particles, and the minerals are intensively on the sieve under the function of the declining suction. The mineral layer carrier on the hindered settling in the aquatic medium to realize layering based on the different density.The fine and heavy minerals enters into down moving cone, and is discharged into the fine concentrate pool via discharge valve. The coarse mineral automatically form cushion layer. If the thickness of the cushion layer is heavier than the required thickness, these coarse mineral will be discharged by discharging valve of the sieve residue, and flow into the coarse mineral concentrate pool. By changing the thickness of the coarse minerals cushion layer, it can control the quality of mineral separation. The light minerals and waste will enter into the tails tank. The design of up and down parallel double action, the vertical alternating function which is formed by water flow is more stronger, and greater penetration to the mineral seam is more bigger. The up moving screen’s function is equal to rude artificial vanning principle. The mineral seam above the sieve is easy for loosing. In the mineral separation tanks, the large quantity of minerals are not easy for blocking and run into tails. The increasing of mineral layers directly improve the quality of mineral separation and processing capacity. The down moving function is same with the ordinary jigger machine working principle, it is additional to the moving sieve mineral separation. Double levels and four stages mineral separation. The upper level for coarse mineral separation, the lower level for fine mineral separation. The feeding sizes range 1-50mm, which has wide range of feeding sizes. The four stages mineral separation includes: first stage is the main mineral separation hopper, the secondary stage is mineral separation check hopper (for higher quality final concentrate), the third and fourth are for recovery for reusing hopper. The mineral separation quality is higher, and minerals running into tails is less, and reducing the water of resources. There is observation window to observe the layering process. The coarse minerals discharging speed can be controlled by worker to change the mineral quality.S lowdown the discharging speed, the layering purity more higher, and more higher of the mineral separation precision, and it will decrease the output capacity and more tails increase; fastening the discharging speed, the layering purity more thinner, and more lower of the minerals separation precision, and it will increase the output capacity and recovery rate.
