    Product Description

    HDPE Water Supply Pipe, Gas Pipe Energy-saving and High Speed Extrusion Line

    This production line adopts the most advanced technology of Europe,it is a new research achievement of energy-saving production line,which is suitable for high speed extrusion of HDPE,PP and other polyolefin pipe.compared with common production line,the energy-saving effect reach on 35%, and the product efficiency increase more than 1 times, thus it is not only saving the cost of site and manpower,but also improving efficiency.This production line has nice appearance,higher automatical degree ,production reliable and stable.


    This extruder is used for PE 20-63 pipe extrusion line. It consists of screw, barrel, gearbox and driving motor. The diameter of the screw is 60mm. It is made of 38CrMoAlA and adopts the treatment of Nitrided. The barrel is made of 38CrMoAlA. Like the screw, it is Nitrided treatment. The barrel has six heating control zones. The whole heating power of it is 18.5kw. Its cooling system is brower fan and the cooling power is 1.25kw. The matrial of the house is QT200. The type of the gear is Helical gears and the material is 20CrMnTi. It uses the Quenching of the gear surface. Bearings are Chinese famous bearings. Its lubricating system is press system. At the same time, its cooling system is separate. The method of the feeding block is water cycle. The material is Q235. Then it is an AC motor. The power of it is 90KW.


    The 25/25 single screw extruder is for color strip. The diameter of its screw is 25mm. It is Nitrided treatment. The material of the barrel is 38CrMoAlA. It has two heating control zones. Each heating power is 1.8kw. The parts of this kind of gearbox is as the same as the gearbox in the extruder. But Lubricating system is Splashing system. Also its feeding block is like the feeding block in extruder. It has an AC motor with the power of 0.75KW.


    The mould is spiral type. Its mouth die and core die are changeable. It possess six heating control zones. The heating power will up to max 11kw. The calibration unit is high-quality with resistance copper. Each set of the vacuum pump and water pump is 3kw. It is 5.8 meters long. And the stoke is 500mm.


    The cooling tank is stainless steel. The method of the cooling tank is spraying. And each set water pump is 3kw. The length of it is also 5.8m.


    This haul-off unit with pneumatic pressing is used for PE 20-63 pipe extrusion line. The method of this haul-off unit having two caterpillars is rubber block caterpillar. The length of the caterpillar is 1100mm. It uses 2 servo motors with 1.5kw of each.

    This cutter is used for PE 20-63 pipe extrusion line. It is no dust cutting with pneumatic pressing. The moving method of the platform is also a pneumatic way. This cutter is suitable for the pipes with diameter ranged from 20-63. The motor of this cutter is 1.5kw.
