Product Description:
Commonly known as tungsten carbide ball,means the ball is made of a material tungsten carbide for balls or beads.carbide ball with high hardness, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, anti-bending, harsh environments, can replace all ball category products.
Carbide grinding balls with high hardness, refractory metal carbides (WC, TiC) micron powder as a main component and a cobalt (Co) or nickel (Ni), molybdenum (Mo) as a binder, or in a vacuum oven hydrogen reduction furnace sintering powder metallurgy products, carbide ball grade including YG6, YG6x, YG8,, YG8x, YN6, YN9 etc., can be used for grinidng heavy, hard, sticky, developed highly corrosive materials.

High Density Balls:
High density tungsten carbide is the tungsten carbide which is based of wolfram (the content of wolfram is 85-99%), and mixed with Ni,Cu,Co,Mo,Cr and other elements, whose density can reach to 16 .5-18.5g/cm3.
Features of tungsten carbide:
1. High density: it can reach to 16.5-18.50g/cm3;
2. High strength: tensile strength is 700-1000Mpa;
3. High ability to absorb radiation: its ability is 3 or 4 times that of Plumbum;
4. High coefficient of thermal conductivity: it is 5 times that of steel;
