This equipment adopts high precision 2 d displacement sensor scanning excitation light weld, laser scanning welding seam in front of location information about location and the location, the data is passed to the controller, the controller according to the data from the laser after a series of operations, control the movement of the welding torch to realize weld automatic tracking, automatic revolving around the corner.While scanning and welding, not only improve the welding efficiency, but also effectively reduce the impact of welding deformation on the weld.

Put the web plate and flange plate on the assembly table, use clamping system to clamp web and flange plate till the seam welding part can do welding. Table level for Web plate keeps the same, make sure welding height is the same level.

Machine detail:

• Clamp system use separate hydraulic cylinder, separate valve, separate control, easy to use.
• One side is hydraulic clamping system which can fit for curving part; another side use adjustable limit block, for other trailer model.

Trailer beam curving part has slanting hydraulic cylinder, its base can longitude adjusting to fit different curving degree and size.
