Model MF-FAC390A is designed for book bindery, printing house and publisher, etc. It is used to insert the book block into hard case and then press and crease the book. It is widely used for making photo books, picture books, hard cover books and various notebooks.

This model consist of 5 parts: Casing In Part, Pressing & Creasing Part, Delivery part, Control station, power station.

1. Casing In part:

• Auto deliver the cases
• crease the cases with heated mold
• Auto put on glue with double gluing function to make the cases and block more adhesive.
• Auto insert the block to case with pressing in the top and besides to make the insertion more precise.

2. Pressing & Creasing Part:

• Auto pressing and creasing the book.
• Use hydraulic power for both pressing and creasing- nice effect.
• Able to choose the creasing and pressing times.
• Two stations of pressing & Creasing unit- speed faster

3. Delivery part:

• Automatically deliver and account the finished products.
• Auto stack the books
