SME-6100 High Performance And Low Cost Water Soluble Flux PCBA In Line Cleaning Machine With CE Approved is specially used to clean water-soluble solder paste PCBA by using DI water with excellent wash performance.


DI water wash process: Pre-wash+Wash+ Rinse+Final rinse+ Air blow dry+ Hot air dry.


SHENHUA new developed spray cleaning technology, the system has following advantages:


1. Big quantity PCBA in line cleaning system.
2. Thoroughly clean water-sular solder paste flux on SMT or THT PCBA after welding.
3. DI water wash sections + DI water rinse section+ Air blow section + hot air dry sections.
4. Fresh DI water supply automatically, post-section DI water overflow to the previous-section to renew DI water.
5. Up/down spary system on wash and rinse sections.
6. DI water spray pressure can be adjusted for dirrerent PCBA cleaning requirements.
7. Standard equipped with Resistivity monitoring system, resistivity range 0~18 MΩ.
8. Air knives blow dry section+ hot air dry section.

A2: Yes, normally we heat DI water to 60℃ and we have up and down 2x8 spray rods with diffirent type of spray nozzles.So it can clean very well, some of our customer are using SME-6100, they like it very much.

A3: DI water can heat to 60℃.


Q4: What is the DI water consumption per hour?

A4: It depends temperature, normally 5~15L/ Hour.
