Professional Ferrite Magnetic Rotors for High-Efficiency Electric
Motors
Custom Multi-Pole Ferrite Rotors with Stable Magnetic Performance
Engineered hard ferrite permanent magnet rotors, featuring precise
multi-pole magnetization and uniform magnetic field distribution,
designed for reliable operation in various motor applications. Product Overview
Hard ferrite (ceramic) magnetic rotors are a proven, cost-effective
solution for enhancing motor performance across consumer,
automotive, and industrial sectors. Widely adopted in
next-generation small-to-medium motors, ferrite rotors deliver
consistent magnetic properties, excellent temperature stability,
and flexible design options.
Manufactured from sintered or injection-molded ferrite powder,
these rotors are available in ring, cylindrical, or custom shapes.
Advanced multi-pole magnetization (e.g., 4-pole, 6-pole, 8-pole)
ensures uniform magnetic flux distribution, supporting efficient
motor operation with reduced vibration and noise. Ferrite’s
inherent corrosion resistance eliminates the need for protective
coatings, making them ideal for damp or fluid-exposed environments.

Can you do OEM and ODM?
OEM and ODM are acceptable. Please inform us of your requirements
for reference.
What about the sample lead time and charge?
For OEM or ODM projects, it typically takes 1-2 weeks to calculate
charges. For available or in-stock items, samples are shipped
within 5-10 days. Final charges depend on your confirmation of the
project draft.
How can I place an order?
You can contact us by email with your order details or place orders
online.
What's the order procedure?
First, we discuss order and production details via email. Then we
issue a Proforma Invoice for your confirmation. Full payment or
deposit is required before production begins. Production typically
takes 15-25 days for non-stock items. Before completion, we
coordinate shipment details and balance payment. After payment
settlement, we prepare your shipment.
How can I pay you?
After confirming our PI, we request payment via T/T (HSBC bank),
PayPal, or Western Union. L/C, D/A, and D/P are also available.
Can we visit your factory?
Factory visits are highly appreciated. We will send an invitation
once your schedule is confirmed.
