Solar DC Pump introduction.

Solar DC brush-less pumps is powered by brush-less direct-current motor. The solar panel directly supplies power and automatically starts and stops. Solar DC Pump Working Principle.

Solar pump is a combination of low-voltage solar water pumps using the power generated by solar panel or by DC battery(To DC/AC dual-purpose solar water pumps can also be powered by grid AC power). It drives DC, permanent magnet, brushless, positionless sensors, fixed-rotor double plastic encapsulated motors or high- efficiency motors through maximum power point tracking, transformation, and control. Asynchronous motors or high-speed switched reluctance motors drive high-deficiency pumps to lift water from deep ground to the ground for farmland irrigation or human and animal drinking. No need to lay cables, convenient and practical, simple operation. There is no need to configure the battery for use. When there is sunlight, the pump will automatically pump water and stop working without sunlight. If the battery is equipped, it can continuously pump water and can be used continuously in rainy days.

Material options and recommendation.

Three material options can be provided to you based your water application and budget.

a.Plastic----------------The shell in corrosion resistant plastic and the impeller in Aluminum alloy.

b.Alloy-------------------The Shell in alloy and cast iron, the impeller in Aluminum alloy.

c.Stainless steel------The Shell and impeller in S304 Stainless Steel.

1. Normal clear water Alloy material pump is workable, but S304 or Plastic material is better to bear the dirty water(PH>8 or <5.5).

2. The outlet size will effect the out put Water pressure. That means the data of head and the flow are in Inversely proportional. So please let me know the head and the flow requirement. Attention please, the Max data cant be treat as your demand data. For example: Max head in 4Ton, you should calculate its data in 2-3Ton, for most of time, the solar power can't be so strong as well as during PM13:00-14:00
