Shengwei manufacture molds and products that contains various customized plastic molds in the fields of electronic digital products, mobile phone accessories, household appliances, Household commodities, auto parts and medical products. For example: laptop case, iPad case mold, keyboard mold injection, sweeper plastic parts development, beauty instrument shell mold, POS machine shell and keys, silicone keys and customized silicone products. We have rich experience in the manufacture of multi-cavity mould, hot runner mould, precision mould, mirror mould, deep cavity mould, gas-assisted injection molding, and follow-up processing of injection molding. (3) According to customers’ sample, making reverse engineering design.

(4) Provide plastic surface treatment such as injection moulding, panel spraying, screen printing, transfer printing...etc. until the finished product is assembled. we have a 10,000-level fully automatic dust-free spraying production line, primer/UV one-off mixed coating technology.

Occupy area 12,000 square meters, more than 200 employees, 90% of them has experience over 10 years. Shengwei has advanced equipment for making mold, plastic injection molding, automatic dust-free spraying workshop, as well as advanced measuring testing equipment laboratory. Shengwei has various levels of CNC machining centers (such as Funuc Japan, Beiing Jingdiao, etc.) with 2μ accuracy）, EDM machines, Sodick low speed wire cutting, deep hole drilling machine, milling machines, lathes, grinders, CMM etc. Also we have more than 30 high-precision single-color, double-color and special injection molding machines, such as Sumitomo shi Demag and Haitian. Meet the needs of manufacturing all kinds of precision plastic molds and plastic parts injection，And supporting production services for silicone keys and accessories.
