This machine is composed of hydraulic system, pushing mechanism and frame.

The hydraulic system is driven by the motor oil pump, hydraulic oil flow through the oil tank, oil pump, reversing valve enter into the cylinder. The oil route makes the piston rod of the oil cylinder move back and forth through the steering valve to drive the push mechanism back and forth so as to achieve the purpose of pushing the kiln car.

The hydraulic stepper is usually installed in the yard area or the discharge line of kiln car, and it is used to step the kiln car according to the same step length, so as to make the kiln car run to the specified position for the yard or discharge task.
