1. What is the minimum quantity?

NO LIMIT. We accept sample order even 2 pcs, but consider frieght you may spend, you would better order more quntity after you tested quality is approved.

2. Who pay for shipping cost of defective parts return?

Usually we dont pay for shipping cost, but we might give some items for free or give discount in next order.

3. How about payment terms?

We accept full payment or 30% deposit in advance to prepare goods , and pay remaining before shipment. we dont accept cash on delivery.

4. Can we customize my own logo package ?

Sure , we accept package customization. you need to provide the package design source file to us.

you are responsible for package cost. we help to find a good factory to make package for you.

5. If it possible to customize the screens quality which can meet my market demands?

Yes, we already provide customize service years ago. but it has minimum qty if you want to customize the new quality you want .

we use original material to make screens , for example waterproof screens.

Good after-sales service

Our warranty is half year for all not full original lcd before installment. Once you got products please test it as soon as possible , if any quality problem before you install it on phone ,please remenber to take pictures or video and show our stamp to us. we will change good one to you accordingly.

Any man-made damage is not included in warranty. but we can repair for you with paid service.
