Application:
Ultra-low frequency insulation withstand voltage test is an alternative test method for the power frequency withstand voltage test.The test procedure is greatly reduced, which is more
advantageous than the power frequency test. It can be widely used in the AC withstand voltage test of cables, large high voltage rotary motors and power capacitors.This product combines the
advanced technology of modern digital frequency conversion, adopts
microcomputer control, step-up, step-down, measurement, protection fully automatic, and can perform
manual intervention in the automatic promotion process. Because of
the full electronic, the volume small weight light, large screen
liquid crystal display, clear and intuitive, and can display the
output waveform, print output test report. In addition, the
following features need to be specified:
Product Features:
1. real and accuracy test results of current, voltage, waveform
directly get from high voltage lateral sampling.
2. over-voltage protection: device stop running when output over setting max voltage, time <20ms.
3. over-current protection:double protection for high and low voltage, stop running accuracy protect high voltage according to set parameter, stop running when low voltage current over rated current, time
<20ms.
4. no need to connect extra protection reactor because of high
voltage protection reactor inside booster.
5. due to use high and low voltage closed loop control circuit,
output without capacitive rise effect.
