Tag07 is a single roll coating machine, to the SPC floor coated with a layer of paint (finish paint can increase the floor anti-fouling, scratch resistance, wear resistance, control gloss and other functions) Tag08 is a heating leveling machine, the function is to level the floor paint, make the floor surface more perfect, and control the floor surface gloss. Tag09 is a 6-lamp UV dryer with the function of fully curing floor paint. Tag10 is a belt conveyor that functions as an over-floor. Tag11 is a cold sink machine, the function is to make the floor cool faster, reduce the health of the floor, Tag12 is a hair dryer, the function is to dry the water on the surface of the floor. Tag13 is an automatic blanking manipulator with a grasping frequency of 15-18 pieces per minute. The function is to automatically grasp the floor and reduce labor.

The production line uses Schneider inverter and electronic components, Siemens motors, Mitsubishi servo system, Japan NSK bearings, the work is very efficient and stable, can produce 18 floors per minute, can produce 900 square meters of SPC floor per hour.
