HT24 Piezoresistive Silicon Pressure Sensor
Introduction of flush silicon pressure sensor:
HT24 silicon pressure sensor is an embedded diaphragm sensor. The pressure sensor uses food-grade oil filling technology. The product adopts flat film structure, easy to clean, high reliability, suitable for glue and other viscous fluid pressure and level measurement. The sensor uses a high sensitivity silicon pressure chip. The sensor is welded into the housing and does not leak. Leaks are more reliable than O-ring seals. Flush diaphragm pressure sensor with threaded construction for easy cleaning and installation.
The pressure sensor uses disposable silicone oil filling
technology. The pressure felt by the diaphragm is transmitted to
the pressure chip through the silicone oil, and the compensation
circuit corrects the pressure signal to a linear electrical signal.
It can prevent scaling, unsanitary and sticky jam and other
problems. Widely used in food, pharmaceutical, wine and other
health industries and measuring media may be contaminated
occasions.
