2. The product are applicable to vulcanization moulding on rubber
model and nonmodel products.
They are also widely used to form thermosetting plastic, foam,
bakelite, resin, building material, grinding wheel, health tile and
metalwork under condition of hot pressing and cold pressing.
Opening-closing mold pressure-keeping system is the main part of
this product. We adopts advanced gas-liquid pressurization
technology, this technology and traditional hydraulic technology
has the following
Characteristic
1.This vulcanizing machine is used for all kinds of vulcanizing
mould, rubber and plastic mould products, and non-mould products.
2.Being a column structure and downward pressing type, mainly
composed by the host, hydraulic pressure halt, electric control
group.the heating plate opens by the self-weight of the heating
plate, platform and plunger. The rising of the plunger makes the
heating plate close while the hydraulic oil provides the pressure.
3.This engine base is combined together with the cylinder and base
frame, which is made of ductile iron to increase the cylinder
intensity and a brad ability. The cylinder is fitted with the
sealing washer made of the oil-resisting rubber for the sealing
purpose.
4.By moving the operational handle of the control valve to the two
different positions, the heating plate can open and close.
5.It uses the electric pipe for heating, thus makes the workshop
clean with easy and reliable operation.
