Stainless Steel Cement Clinker Grinding Ball Mill Plant With Power 18.5kw

Introduction:

Cement Ball Mill is mainly applied to the powder processing of mineral products in the industries of metallurgy, construction materials, chemical, and mining, etc. It has features of energy saving and easy operation.

Working Principle:

Cement Ball mill consists of horizontal tube rotating device, outer edge of the gear drive, two cambers, and lattice type. By feeding device the materials are evenly fed into the first milling chamber through the hollow shaft. There are ladder lining plate or corrugated lining plate in the chamber. The mill contains steel balls of different specifications, and the rotating of cylinder can make centrifugal force to the balls so that they have a severe impact and abrasive effect on the materials. After coarse grinding in the first chamber, they will enter into the second chamber through single layer partition plate. The inner chamber is lined with plane liner which has steel balls for further grinding. Finally powder is discharged from discharging opening.
