Q: Do you have any warranty for your products? How can I do in case
it get damaged?
A: All our products are strictly tested from the material incoming
to shipment and the quality are reliable. However, for oversea
orders, as it’s not convenient to return the damaged products,
we provide free repairing kit for customers’ repairing purpose.
Normally, the repairing work is very easy.
Q: What’s the lead time?
A: The lead time depends on the quantity and the time that you
place the order.
Usually, for 1-3 items, they can be finished within 5-15 working
days.
Q: What size and what kind of tent should i choose?
A: To figure out the most suitable measurement for your case, we
need below information:
- how many people you want to fit in the tent, is there anything
else (like tablem stage,chair,ect.)
- the usage of the tent (what kind of event, day or night) located
( available area measurement, indoor or outdoor)
- your budget, we can recommand the suitable material, design and
