Overview

Aluminum brazing furnace is designed for the continuous brazing of the following products controlled under nitrogen atmosphere such as aluminum water radiator, oil cooler, intercooler, serpentine type condenser, evaporator, parallel flow condenser, laminated type evaporator, air cooler of power station and etc.

Features

• The mesh belt is made of special high temperature alloy with long service life. The operation of the mesh belt is stepless speed regulation, stable operation and high productivity.
• Muffle tank adopts high temperature heat resistant steel plate, and uses special brazing technology, the working life is long.
• High speed circulating air and high heating ability of dry oven ensure the parts going to the furnace will not bring any moisture which will affect the brazing quality.
• Continuous production, high working temperature, stable gas composition, bright surface treatment parts and small deformation.
• The blower in air cooling chamber has the features of strong cooling capacity and low noise,
• Using microcomputer control digital display instrument with PID adjustment, high precision temperature control, easy to control process parameters

Hard brazing

Brazing solder has a melting point of more than 450°C and high joint strength, The strength of hard brazing joints is high, some kinds of brazing solders can be used in high temperature. There are many kinds of solder for hard brazing, the most widely used solder based on aluminum, silver, copper, manganese and nickel. Aluminum base solder is often used for brazing aluminum products. Silver base copper filler metal is often used for brazing copper and iron parts.
