The single-axis turntable is divided into vertical and horizontal type according to the structure form. The vertical single-axis turntable can provide high-precision angular position and angular rate datum for gyro, accelerometer, IMU and magnetic sensor, so as to carry out precision calibration test and other purposes. The single spindle turntable should be equipped with a temperature box, which is an optional part. The single turntable with temperature box can be used for testing and calibration of gyro, accelerometer, IMU and other sensors in the full temperature range. Single axis rate position turntable with temperature chamber.

The turntable owns precision rate and position functions.Control cabinet is equipped with standard RS232/RS4422 serial port, and state control and data acquisition could be proceeded automatically.

Production Capacity

Firepower has four subsidiaries with production line respectively, which are MEMS inertial product production line, fiber optic inertial production line, quartz accelerometer production line and motion simulation table production line. A total investment of 15, 000 square meters has been built for scientific research and production, including 650 square meters 10, 000-class clean rooms that meet national standards, electrical-mounting production lines and environmental testing centers.

With more than ten years development, Firepower has become a high-tech enterprise with high level of craftsmanship and comprehensive products range in China. We have complete production line from chips to finished products after all testing, providing first level products among peers in domestic and over-sea market.

Specially in 2019, we set up a micro-nano fiber optic gyroscope production line which is the only one in China, and it break through the technical bottleneck of the traditional closed-loop fiber optic gyroscope technology, bringing a new FOG of more precise, smaller and cheaper to the inertial navigation market.

We have built clean rooms, electrical assembly production line, and environmental testing center that comply with the national "Clean Building Design Specification".
