Marine Steel Pontoon is a heavy‑duty modular floating structure manufactured from high‑strength marine‑grade steel plate, with full welded construction, closed‑cell foam filling, and professional anti‑corrosion treatment. It delivers stable buoyancy, high load capacity, impact resistance, and long service life in saltwater, freshwater, and offshore environments. Widely used for floating docks, ferry terminals, work platforms, temporary floating bridges, marine engineering support, and waterfront infrastructure.

Premium Structural Steel: Adopts marine‑grade steel (Q235B / CCSB equivalent) with reliable weld integrity and structural rigidity.
Closed‑Cell Foam Filling: Fully filled with closed‑cell polyethylene foam; unsinkable even if the outer shell is damaged.
High‑Level Anti‑Corrosion: Sandblasting + hot‑dip galvanizing + two‑component marine epoxy coating for long‑term saltwater resistance.
Modular & Connectable: Standard or customized modules for fast assembly, disassembly, transport, and on‑site expansion.
Strong Buoyancy & Loading: Uniform load capacity 200–700 kg/m²; buoyancy ≥500 kg/m³; stable under wind and wave conditions.

Initially established as Qingdao Luhang Marine Airbag Factory in 1988 and changed to Qingdao Luhang Marine Airbags and Fenders Co.,Ltd in 2011, Qingdao Luhang had been devoted itself to developing and manufacturing marine airbags and marine fenders for more than 2 decades.

The factory area is 56,000m² with building area of  21,000m². The company has registered capital of USD 3 million and fixed asset of USD1.2 billion.
