Product Description:

Headlight washer
OE number : 8659928 8659926
Applicable vehicle type: For VO LVO

Headlamp Washer System (Headlamp Cleaning Device) is a dedicated high-pressure cleaning core component for automotive headlamps, specifically engineered to remove lens contaminants and ensure clear night-time illumination. As a standard safety feature in mid-to-high-end vehicles, it delivers dual core value: practical cleaning functionality and protective durability.

Key Points for Routine Maintenance (Extending Service Life and Preventing Malfunctions)

• Regularly inspect spray nozzles for blockages: Should water flow appear weak or deviate, use a fine needle to clear the nozzle orifices, preventing accumulation of dust or windscreen washer fluid impurities.
• Use only automotive-grade windscreen washer fluid: Never substitute with plain water or tap water to avoid pipe scaling and nozzle clogging. In winter, use antifreeze-type fluid to prevent motor or pipe freezing and cracking.
• Check telescopic nozzle for stiffness: Should the nozzle extend/retract poorly, clean dust from the connecting rod and apply a small amount of grease to prevent rusting and seizing.
• Avoid direct high-pressure water jet impact on nozzle: During car washing, prevent high-pressure water streams from damaging the nozzle seal structure, which could impair spray performance.
