The KSV1000 series is a screw valve specially used for quantitative delivery and dispensing of medium containing particles and medium-to-high viscosity media. The valve body is equipped with screws of different specifications, which can cover application scenarios with different flow and glue requirements. The valve body has a quick-release design for quick cleaning and maintenance.

The KSV3000 series is an upgraded version of the KSV1000 series screw valve, with a higher liquid flow rate, specially designed for dispensing high-viscosity media containing particles and heat conduction. The stator and rotor are made of high-wear-resistant materials to extend the maintenance cycle of core components.

1. Equipped with a closed-loop servo motor, precise positioning, dispensing repetition accuracy can reach 98%, and the minimum glue output is 0.1ul.
2. The guide installation design of the rubber cartridge can adapt to 10/30/50ml rubber cartridges, which can be quickly replaced and easy to operate.
3. Equipped with a special negative pressure controller, the lower limit of the applicable medium viscosity can be reduced to 2000cps.
4. The screw is made of tungsten steel and has strong wear resistance for particles and medium and high viscosity media.
5. By controlling the forward and reverse rotation of the screw, abnormal problems such as glue drawing can be solved.
6. The universal downflow channel interface can match different downflow channels according to process changes to achieve rapid process switching.
