It also has a dissipation factor of 0.0015 at 10 GHz/23°C, a low thermal coefficient of Dk at 5 ppm/°C (over -50 to +150°C at 10 GHz), and a coefficient of thermal expansion (-55 to 288 °C) of 15 ppm/°C for X and Y axes, 30 ppm/°C for Z axis. Additionally, it boasts a Td of 500 °C TGA, thermal conductivity of 0.68 W/m/k, moisture absorption of 0.04%, and a UL 94-V0 rating.
