Engineered for precision forming in appliance manufacturing, our Formable DX52D Grade Galvalume Steel Coil combines exceptional deep-drawing capabilities with advanced corrosion resistance. The coil features a metallurgically bonded aluminum-zinc-silicon coating (55% Al, 43.4% Zn, 1.6% Si), applied via hot-dipping at 600°F, which creates a dual-phase barrier: aluminum shields against environmental degradation, while zinc sacrificially protects cut edges. With an AZ100-AZ150 coating weight (100–150g/m²), it delivers 2–4× the lifespan of standard galvanized steel in appliance applications. Certified to JIS G 3321 and ASTM A755, it ensures consistent formability for complex geometries without coating peeling or cracking.

• HVAC Systems: Air conditioner housings and heat exchanger panels, leveraging ≤0.030mm thickness tolerance for seamless assembly.

• Refrigeration: Refrigerator liners, freezer compartments, and compressor shrouds, utilizing salt spray resistance (1,000+ hours ASTM B117).
