Acidic gases: Important note: Acidic gases such as CO2 and SO2 are absorbed by the electrolyte and tend to increase the oxygen flow towards the electrodes. This gives an approximate 0.3% enhancement of the oxygen signal for every 1% CO2 signal. Oxygen CiTiceLs are not suitable for continuous operation when the CO2 concentration exceeds 25%.
