* Equipped with a B35 flange-foot motor, the fan’s outlet angle is fully adjustable to adapt to various duct layouts. ·

* Specifically designed for dust collection in industrial equipment such as dust collectors and laser cutting machines, it is also suitable for high-resistance ventilation in mining enterprises, basements, and large buildings. ·

* The fan’s robust structure and high static pressure make it ideal for handling dusty air streams in demanding industrial environments.

CFJ Model Features:

Material Properties

Designed for dust collection and ventilation, the CFJ series is widely used in dust collectors, laser cutting machines, mining operations, industrial plants, and large building basements. It efficiently handles air streams containing dust particles.

Standard models use ordinary three-phase asynchronous motors. Explosion-proof variants (B-CFJ) with flameproof motors are available for environments with flammable dust or gases. Stainless steel customized versions (F-CFJ) can be provided for corrosive dust-laden gases, maintaining the same performance parameters and installation dimensions as the standard model.

Benefits

The transporting medium is air or other non-corrosive, non-flammable, and harmless gases containing dust particles. The dust concentration should not exceed the standard limits, and the medium temperature should not exceed 80℃. With an explosion-proof motor, the B-CFJ variant can be used for ventilation in environments with flammable dust or gases.

Fan Structure

The fan features a single-plate backward-inclined impeller and a rigid welded casing. The B35 motor allows for both flange and foot mounting, and the outlet angle can be adjusted on-site to match different duct configurations.

Model Selection

The series covers specifications from CFJ-3.6A to CFJ-5.6A, with power ranging from 0.55kW to 18.5kW and speeds from 1400 to 2900r/min. Diversified speed-power collocations cover a wide airflow and full pressure scope to satisfy different dust collection and ventilation system resistance requirements.
